AI-Powered Networking: 3 Months of Meetings in 3 Days

One of the greatest aspects of events is meeting new people, but we know your time is valuable and you need to make the most of it. That is why our AI-powered networking platform was designed to help you efficiently navigate the profiles of the thousands of attendees at Fintech South and make the right connections to meet your objectives.

The matchmaking process is intent-based, and so buyers were matched with sellers, investors with startups, employers with job seekers and so forth. The attendee list was sorted in priority order for each attendee with the most relevant potential connections at the top of the list. You were in complete control!

We devoted one dedicated hour each of the 3 days of the event, from 12:05pm – 1:05pm Eastern Time, for attendees to schedule 15-minute meetings on the event platform–up to 12 curated meetings just in this dedicated time. We also made additional time available for 1:1 networking on our virtual platform from 9:00am – 5:00pm Eastern Time on the days before and after the event (June 21 and June 25).

The short video below demonstrates how participants were able each out to other attendees with common interests, schedule and reschedule meetings, and engage in 1:1 video calls, all within the event platform. Even our 2019 venue Mercedes-Benz Stadium can’t do that!

 


Facilitated Roundtables: You Joined the Conversation!

In addition to 1:1 meetings, we were excited to introduce a new way to interact with your colleagues at Fintech South. Live each afternoon at 2:50pm Eastern Time, our agenda will include 5 concurrent 35-minute group discussions, 15 total across the 3 days of the event. Each roundtable accommodate up to 100 attendees, with up to 12 on camera and everyone connected via chat. These highly interactive sessions on important industry topics were facilitated by our industry experts and sponsors.

Did you take some time to visit the 50+ exhibitors in our fully interactive virtual expo? Each organization’s virtual booth included multi-media resources to help you learn about their mission, people, products and services. Attendees could search exhibitor listings and connect directly with their teams to ask questions in a dedicated chat or arrange 1-on-1 video meetings.
